Do you sell lots in the Villas?

No, we do not sell lots outright. Huelskamp Luxury Homes is the exclusive Builder in in the Villas at Cobblestone Curve, which is a Master Planned Community.

What is a Master Planned Community?

From exterior aesthetic decisions to functional interior layouts, our Design Team has crafted the best floorplans and corresponding exterior elevations for our offerings in the Villas. 


By streamlining this process, we are proud to offer luxury, high-quality homes with custom home features at spec home price points.

How do I put a home under contract?

To secure your new home, the process is simple. Just reach out to us, and we’ll get started on the paperwork.


Our Purchase Agreement is a simple, two-page contract. Additionally, you’ll put down a deposit on your home. 


The deposit amount varies based on the purchase price and the stage of completion. This deposit will be credited back to you at Closing, when your home is complete and ready for you to move in!

What do I get to select?

Depending on the stage of completion, Customer Selections include the following categories:

  • Fireplace Design
  • Flooring throughout Home
  • Countertops and Kitchen Backsplash
  • Paint and Stain throughout Home

Are upgrades available?

Yes, we offer many upgrades ranging from flooring to appliances and beyond. You can also add on features to any of our finished homes, like blinds, fencing, and storm shelters. 

How long does it take to build a home?

It generally takes about 9 to 12 months to build a new home in the Villas. Timelines are shortened for homes that are already under construction.
